Q: How long will it take until I receive my item?
A: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to most metro locations. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, especially for any case of delay. Such as pre- Christmas period, please allow extra turnaround times for all deliveries. For Sydney metro customer, most orders finalised prior to 11:30am on a business day, item will be dispatched the same day, and any orders processed after this time will be dispatched the following day(This may not apply to some item). We will inform you once the item have been dispatched.
Q: Do you have a showroom where I can look at the items before I buy?
A: We have a warehouse in Castle hill NSW where we can show you our items, however it is only by appointment. Please send us a message if you wish to make an appointment.
Q: Am I able to pick up my item from your warehouse, so that I don’t have to pay delivery costs?
A: Of course! You are more than welcome to come and pick up your item from our Castle hill NSW warehouse, from the Monday after your payment has cleared. We will let you know via email when your item is ready for pick up.
Q: Am I able to customise the colour of the furniture?
A: We may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us an email and we will try our best.
Q: I have found a piece that I love, but it is too expensive in retail stores. Are you able to order it in?
A: We are always looking to source new pieces. Please send us an email with a photo of what you like.
